Typical Fee Structure

Depending on the size of the engagement, client fees are usually charged based on consultations by project phase or by the hour.

A commission or transaction fee based on specific performance is sometimes contractually provided for.

A nominal up front retainer is usually required at the outset and payment is typically due Net 30 unless otherwise specified.

Reimbursement for supplies purchased and travel costs incurred are standard.
